GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Complex of 78 apartments with a communal pool that features a water slide and pool area with sun-loungers.

The capacity of the apartments is for 2/4pax (1 bedroom) or for 4/6pax (2 bedroom).

Clients must choose to reserve an apartment with balcony overlooking the pool or to the street, while the reservation procedure. 

The apartments are distributed in a lounge diner with AC, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs. In the lounge diner there is a sofa bed for two people and each bedroom has two single beds.

The rental price includes the use of air conditioning/ warm air, kitchen utensils, bed linen and bath towels (which are changed weekly).

We offer other services on request and with extra charge, such as: Parking, admission of pets, cots, highchairs and safeboxes

The apartments are clean on the arrival of clients, without personal hygiene products.

We recommend the use of the bed sofa for children under 12 years old.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To confirm a reservation you need to pay now:

  • 10% of the reservation, for low season stays, or
  • 50% for all other reservations (stays with arrival and/or departure date within the period 15/07- 02/09) and stays with discount Offers applied.

Balance payment is due on arrival day. Please note that you must leave on arrival day a 50 EUR cash deposit, refundable on departure day.

TOURISTIC TAX

In application since November 2012 in Catalonia, guests over 17 years old must pay this tax per person per night with a maximum stay of 7 nights.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

STAYS DURING HIGH SEASON (arrival and/or departure during 15/07 to 02/09) and OFFERS
For any cancelation, 50% prepayment is non renfundable
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% charge of the reservation

REST OF SEASON STAYS
Up to 2 days before arrival day, no charges and the 10% prepayment is refunded
Between 2 days and arrival day, 100% reservation charges

Please note that cancellation fees are not redeemable

For key collection: 17pm till 20pm

Guests arriving outside of office hours, after 20 p.m. 10EUR is payable for the collection of your keys, once it has been confirmed by the office prior to your arrival. Immobiliaria Roca Maura SA will not be responsible for the costs of any hotel (or other establishment) that occur, due to customers arriving later than 20pm on arrival day.

Pets are welcome

You can bring your cat or dog with you. Pets are welcome! 

According to the laws in force, always at our discretion (of Inmobiliaria Roca Maura SA) we can forbid the entry to our establishment (or allow its permanence) to any domestic animal (of a potentially dangerous breed or not) which causes inconvenience to neighbors or users, as well as any material or personal damage.

Pets can not access the pool. Pets will always be on a lead in any public area of the complex (corridors, entrances and exits, etc).

Upon arrival you must present a valid veterinary card of the animal(s) and any other necessary documents according to the breed of the animal.

Supplement of 5 EUR per pet and night , maximum 2 pets in the apartment

Parking

Parking places are avilable for 8 EUR per night

Cots and highchairs are available by request at Reception for 5 EUR/night
