Which is the occupancy of the apartments?

In the apartments all bedrooms have 2 single beds, and in every lounge diner there is a sofa-bed for 2 people. Thus:
- 1 bedroom apartment: sleeping 2 pers. in bedroom and 2 pers. in sofa bed (2/4pers.)
- 2 bedroom apartment: sleeping 2 pers. in each bedroom and 2 pers. in sofa bed (4/6pers.)
- 3 bedroom apartment: sleeping 2 pers. in each bedroom and 2 pers. in sofa bed (6/8 pers.)
We recommend to clients that the sofa bed is occupied by children under 12 years.
Children older than 2 years must sleep in existing beds or sofa bed.
We do not have:double beds, folding beds or extra beds.
We have available for rent cots for children under 2 years.

Which are the payment conditions?

We have 2 forms of payment, depending on the dates of your stay, and if there is a discount applied with an offer.
For high season stays and offers, we ask for the prepayment of the 50% of the reservation price.
For all other stays, we ask for the prepayment of the 10% of the reservation price.

At what time I can pick up the apartment keys?

From 17pm till 20pm.

If you arrive later, it is imperative that you contact us before because our office closes daily at 20pm.

At what time should I return the keys to the apartment on departure day?

At 10am.

If you want to extend your stay, Reception will confirm your request subject to availability

Are there are folding beds or possibility to ask for extra beds?

No, the number of people listed in the description of the apartment is the maximum allowed, and we do not have additional beds or folding beds.

Yesterday an apartment appeared as unavailable for the dates I wanted. Today it appears as being available. What happened?

It is possible the apartment was reserved by a client that who has not made the payment in due time. The result of which means that the reservation will be canceled and the apartment becomes available.

What are the general conditions for an apartment?

These are the conditions which you  must comply to make the reservation of an apartment. It usually consists of a prepayment or a charge to a card, within a specified period of time.

Which are the Cancellation fees?

These are the conditions which will apply if you decide to cancel a confirmed booking of an apartment. The amount varies according to the dates of the reservation. See the "Cancellation Conditions"

The price calculated for each apartment, is it per person or for the entire rent?

The calculated price is for the entire stay and for maximum capacity of the apartment.

We do not offer prices per person.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Yes, with a maximum of two animals (dog or cat) per apartment and with a surcharge of 5 EUR per night and animal.

Owners must make sure their pet does not disturb the other residents, and must comply with the internal regulations of the apartments. Pets are not allowed in public areas, such as the swimming pool.

 

What supplements that are not included in the rental price the apartment?

Additional services which the customer may choose to require independently of the accommodation, such as parking, cot or highchair.

What is the Tourist Tax and who should pay it?

This tax was established by the catalan government  in November 2012, is levied on the overnight clients over 17 years old in any tourist establishment like, hotels, campsites, cruises, tourist accommodation , etc. .. in Catalonia. In our case, this fee is 1,00 EUR per night and per person (VAT included), to be paid on arrival day in cash, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay. The collection of this tax, is not for us, as we give it to the Public Administration.

 

What equipment do the apartments have?

The apartments have a kitchenette with a hob, kitchen utensils and kitchenware, appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

The apartment bedrooms have twin beds, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price with a change every 7 nights.

All the apartments have 1 bathroom and 1 balcony/terrace with table and chairs.

Is there room service, cleaning service, luggage storage etc?

We offer the renting of self-catering apartment for nights or weeks, without any associated service that is offered by other establishments such as hotels or aparthotels, except when the reservation is for a stay of more than 7 nights, as there is a service change of the bed linen and towels provided in the apartment every 7 nights.

When trying to make a reservation, sometimes I can not select the dates I wish?

The apartments must be reserved for a minimum of nights (2, 3 or 7) per stay. It depends on the dates of the season.
